Like any other year, 2016 was a year to be remembered ! New challenges followed by new approaches, which results in even more creative photography. In todays post I do a brief review of my year of wedding photography. Each wedding is unique and beautiful in its own way, but I really like to point out some of those really special moments that stood out to me ! So without further ado, here we go…
- Bernard in the rain – He was just so happy to be marrying Mariah that he did not care about anything else that was going on, including the pouring rain that was falling onto of all of us ! Not only was he happy, but check out the pure smiles of his Groomsmen’s also.
2. 1st destination wedding – This summer I traveled down to the Dominican republic to photograph my dear friends Kimmy & Eric’s wedding. Its truly a dream to travel and be the trusted photographer for someone’s wedding, I will never take that for granted.
3. Secret Delaware wedding venue – When you thought you have shot at every wedding venue in Northern Delaware, Noelle & Ian brings me a beautiful venue that I have never heard of. Fieldstone county club in Wilmington Delaware is a very quite and large golf course that sits right on the border of Pennsylvania. Boy did we create some great images here…
4. The Raimondo’s – This family was super spunky and a absolute joy to work with ! I truly had fun capturing this big day for the family. I will be working with this family again soon because this fall, younger brother Anthony will be marrying his gorgeous bride Devin !!
5. Lights out ! – last but certainly not least was this magical moment that Gretchen Johnson & I created at the Tyler Arboretum for Jake & Jacqueline’s wedding. When I first sat down with them they told me they wanted a really cool photo with lights…. this is what we came up with 🙂
